Emily Breeze diže utege težine 70 kilograma, radi zgibove i trenira CrossFit. To ne bi bilo ništa čudno da nije u 35. tjednu trudnoće! Ova mama je sportašica i kaže da u trudnoći vježba puno manje nego prije, a neugodno je iznenađena negativnim komentarima na njene fotke na Instragramu. "Ne mogu vjerovati da neki ljudi misle da bih radila nešto što će naštetiti mojoj bebi! Neću dopustiti da netko tko nije educiran komentira moj režim vježbanja koji mi je moj liječnik dopustio tijekom trudnoće", kaže ova fit mama

| bump update as I'm closing in on #35weekspregnant .... Today was exhausting. In fact, I took my first nap during this journey and I'm still tired. Beyond tired. Lil' man continues to grow, kick, and dance throughout my belly. Especially at 5am and 11pm. He gets it honest. My butt and thighs are bigger, my dry skin continues to need bottles of lotion, my shoes seem to be more snug, and each day he sucks a bit more life out of me. 😘👶🏾 I'm uncomfortable and yet, still completely in love with you. 💙 I continue to GROW and sometimes I don't recognize my own body when I see it in pictures or the mirror. Then I think about the fact that there is life inside of me and I get all mushy and tear up. Wow! Finished the 2016 @crossfitgames open !! 🙌🏽💪🏽👌🏽✌🏾️ Week 5 at #35weekspregnant and we had to re-test a workout from 2 years ago!! In 2014 I completed this workout in 9:50 and I loved it. Today not so much. This workout combines two of my favorite movements : THRUSTERS AND BURPEES but this lil baby boy inside my belly made me feel super slowwww and sluggish! 💙👶🏾 Happy I was able to compete each week with my teammates and watch them crush the workouts!! 4th week of the @crossfitgames open! 16.4 went down today at 34 weeks pregnant!!!! I'm still comfortable and able to do all the movements this week, so I had fun safely challenging myself! I thought I would do strict hspu but the small frog kip felt good!! Can't wait to try this one again after bubs arrives! 💙👶🏾 hope all of my other pregnant crossfitters are kickin a$$ today!!!
