Micanje bebe u stražnjem dijelu trbuha

Hello everyone!
Maybe a question like this has been asked somewhere, but I couldn't find it.
In the 24th week of pregnancy and baby movements I feel from the 20th week. At first they were light, then a little stronger in the navel and bladder area, like when.
What has been "bothering" me are the movements in the last two days. Namely, it is no longer a matter of classic bumps, but as if I felt some vibrations in the back of my stomach or in the large intestine. I don't know how to describe it to you otherwise.
I have a scheduled appointment on Monday, but I'm already a little worried. Do I have a reason or did the baby just turn around a little and then pound someplace behind?
